Sassello, in addition to typical amaretto biscuits, almond and sugar sweets, is famous for the production of Amaretto, a sweet and caramel-coloured liqueur. The consistency is liquid and with an alcoholic strength of 25°; excellent accompaniment to desserts, macadamias and coffee.
The ingredients (hydrate alcohol, sugar, aromas, caramel) are mixed cold using suitable mixers and filters. The product is then packed in small amber glass bottles.
