Religious architecture in Castelbianco and its surroundings
Parish church of the Assumption: built in the 18th Century, in baroque style, it is the parish church of the village. Inside, it features a wooden organ of precious manufacture built in the 18° Century.
Santa Caterina Vergine e Martire (St Catherine Virgin and Martyr) Oratory: located in front of the village parish church, built with a certain probability during the medieval period, it has a single-nave aisle with a polygonal apse. The last conservative restoration, what we can admire today, took place in the early 20th Century.
Sanctuary of Santissima Annunziata (Most Holy Annunciation): built in medieval times, the sanctuary consists of two bell towers of different heights, in baroque style, one of which has a pinnacle called “onion pinnacle” for its particular shape. Inside there is a statue depicting the Most Holy Annunciation of fine manufacturing.
