During the second weekend of September, at the end of the summer season, every year, in Calice Ligure, the September Festival starts. A festival organized by ZUENI DE CORXI, with the sponsorship of the Municipality of Calice Ligure and the collaboration of Calice’s associations.
Every edition, the pleasure of “good food” and the presence of artisan booths from Liguria and from Piedmont are presented.
The historic dish of the event is the renowned “boneless, bled and fried rabbit”. Amongst others, ravioli and tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, craft cima, tripe, Calice-styile sgabei and delicious desserts cannot be missed!
The opening of the booths is usually at 7:00 PM.
