The festival of polenta with rabbit or white polenta is a central event in the summer calendar at Erli: music, local entertainment and above all, many dishes of traditional Ligurian cuisine.
Among these, the white polenta is undoubtedly one of them, giving the name to the festival: a dish of simple origins, but always appreciated by locals and occasional adventurers.
Slices of white polenta are roasted on the plate and accompanied by an excellent stewed rabbit according to traditional Ligurian recipie. All accompanied by a good glass of local Barbarossa.
For one night it is advisable to leave the diet at home and indulge in some culinary delight!
