Two evenings dedicated to anchovies, typical Ligurian fish that will be prepared in traditional and innovative ways by restaurants, bars and beach establishments.
Locals and tourists are invited to spend a holiday weekend, where culinary excellence joins good music.
At 6 pm the gastronomic booths will open, in the old town and on the seafront; you will be able to pass from classic fried anchovies, to the particularly baked ones, from marinated anchovies to stuffed ones, and even batter, croquette, sandwich and meatball anchovies. All accompanied by vegetable pies, panissa and chips.
