Rossese Wine of Dolceacqua

Dry red wine, with alcohol content between 12% and 14%, suitable to accompany important meat courses, such as Ligurian style rabbit, goat stew with beans, cheese from Alta Val Nervia, red wine duck, goat stew and other Italian and foreign dishes.
It is served at a temperature of 18 °C, in a slightly rounded, medium-stem wine glasses.
