The starting point of this path is the square in front of the parish church of the Nativity of Virgin Mary in Lingueglietta. Take the alley on the left (Via della Chiesa) and walk down it until you reach the square in front of the church “fortress” of Saint Peter, an authentic jewel of the Gothic architecture of Far Western Liguria.
From here, take the road to the right of the church, crossing the picturesque alleyways of the historic centre and continue downhill towards the medieval walls of the village. Get past them, officially leaving the village, and take the steep mule track that runs along greenhouses for the cultivation of anemones and olive trees.
Continue along the mule track until you reach a paved road: from here you have to keep the left, entering a small wood, which develops below the highway viaduct (it is not a very happy passage, but it is the only way to reach the destination).
This way, we arrive in Crose: along a small slope, getting passed to via Molino, we skirt beautiful houses with a sea view, and then we arrive in the historic centre of San Lorenzo al Mare.
